Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

Due to their personalised nature, custom movie posters must be returned unused and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.
