We want you to love your PosterZa print. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Custom, personalised prints (such as custom movie posters) are made to order and must be returned unused and undamaged.

How to start a return

1. Email support@posterza.com with your order number.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Package the item securely and ship it to us.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Want a different size or print instead? Let us know and we will arrange an exchange.
