PosterZa operates the website posterza.com. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The service

We offer museum-quality film and art prints, including custom movie posters. All products are available for direct purchase through our online store.

2. Ordering and payment

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Prices are listed in euros (€) and may be updated at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or our other accepted payment providers.

3. Pricing and stock

We make every effort to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders where pricing or availability was incorrect.

4. Cancellation

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days, subject to the exceptions for personalised goods. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including design, text, and graphics, is the property of PosterZa and may not be reproduced without permission. Custom posters are for personal use only and must not infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosterZa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, mandatory rights under your local law remain unaffected.
